Application Information

Applicants will need to register their application with the online application form

Applicants will also need to provide the following:

  1. A letter of support from your supervisor
  2. A completed Sample/Data form if you intend to bring your own crystals or raw data

If you are having trouble with the online application form there is a Word version available here. Fill it in and send it with the relevant documentation to the address given above.

Please note that your application will not be considered until all of the relevant documentation has been submitted. The deadline for applications is Friday April 5 2013. Selected participants will be notified no later than Friday April 12 2013. While participation in the lecture session is open, only 20 applications will be selected for the tutorials and problem-solving sessions, and will be provided with computers. Therefore, early application is encouraged.
