Man pages are available for the PBS software. Add this to your MANPATH environment variable if it is not already done:

/opt/score/src/pbs/src/doc

The PBS Administrator Guide is available in

/opt/score/src/pbs/src

PGI - see man pages for pgf77,pgf90,pgcc, and pgCC. There is also web based documentation on the front end server at:
