Meeting Minutes

1. Review what have been done since last meeting.
   • PJB updated dotgraph.tcl. Now it is possible to modify nodes by adding icon on the nodes or the lines.
   • PJB looked at the change in ccp4i.py to handler input and output files.
   • WY moved 'View Files from jobs' to the menu when right hand mouse click over the node.
   • WY updated dbviewer by adding preferences.
   • WY updated dbhandler & API command lists document.
   • WY didn't do readonly indicator for the reason that current APIs hasn't got the functionality to interpret the broadcast message and there is no way to get the status of project. PJB suggested that dbhandler should have command of 'ProjectStatus' to return the project is readonly or not. We should re-define broadcast messages.
2. Briefly reviewed release task list.
3. Briefly looked at the command list document. PJB commented that we should minimise the commands in the handler. When we add the subjobs and history link in the database, the commands would be even more.

Action Items

1. PJB: Look at dbhandler & API commands list and make comments.
2. PJB: Finish off modification in ccp4i.py.
3. WY: Write down the possible broadcast messages.
4. WY: Put change files in doc directory.
