Description	Provide the SQL schema(s) developed in 2006, along with supporting documentation. SQLite functions and client API should be documented in the 0.1 release of the handler in D 5.2.6.

WY and PJB to meet and review what we have currently, specifically:
- SQL schemas
- Supporting documentation for the schemas
- SQLite implementation in the handler
- The APIs for accessing the SQLite database
For this deliverable we want one or both schemas plus the documentation; the functions and APIs strictly should be part of deliverable D 5.2.6.
Subsequent decision was to document the current .def based "schema" plus the small SQL schema and make this into documentation in the dbccp4i CVS archive as well as posting on the web.

This task was completed 14th February 2007.
