Description	Write a Python application to write out history data from a CCP4i project conforming to the XML schema agreed with Avi Naim. Put the schema on the CCP4 Bioxhit website alongside the client application that can generate the populated schema.

Create a Python application that if given a project name and list of job ids, uses the client API to acquire the information from the database to generate XML conforming to Avi's schema.
Will also use smartie.py to breakdown the log files from CCP4i to fetch the "substep" information
Put into the "application" directory of dbccp4i
Write supporting documentation
Make this into a deliverable with the schema

Output the XML and then transform using CSS and/or XLST to generate a human-readable report
The XML could be used as an interchange format, so we would also produce an application that could read the XML produced by another program and add that to our database.
