It's still not obvious which task to use to generate a freeR set

It is rightly an option on the Scala & Truncate tasks, but if you
don't do it then, it's hard to know that what you want is 

Reflection Data Utilities / Convert to MTZ & standardise

since you've already got an MTZ file

Is there a case for a Make FreeR set task in Reflection Data
Utilities?
