Turned out that his configure.def file had two items (HYPERTEXTVIEWER plus one other) with values something like ""C:/Program Files/whereever/FileFox.exe"" ie two lots of double quotes. He had not had ccp4 installed before. (see attachment). I've tried to uninstall everything (including all the tcl/tk stuff) but a re-install still comes up with this message - any ideas how I can correct it?
