Just did another download.

1) the first time I tried to save a file it cut out after <>10MB
2) then it was fine! But this used to happen to me a lot some time ago.
3) I think install.sh all went through except for that error about bad
end of file

Then mg.setup. I think there is an error on the shell line - a rogue \n

Coot.setup. It hasn't set up the env variables - its still paul's setup?

Other than that I think its ok, run-all is going through, but why are
you distributing lots of files in the examples directory?
