CCP4 licensing - canned reply

Dear XXX,

Thank you very much for your enquiry regarding the purchase of CCP4 for your commercial organisation. The yearly cost to purchase the CCP4 Suite is GBP 10500.00 for the main site license and GBP 7550.00 for each additional site. If you are not sure if you should receive a subsidiary rate, please supply the name of the company whom you consider to be the stakeholder in your organisation and we will let you know.

We normally invoice in April and September in order to keep administration costs to a minimum. If you wish to purchase the Suite at another time, we would invoice you pro-rata for the period remaining until the next official invoicing date. You would then be invoiced for a full year in either the April or September period.

We periodically increase the license fee, but we will usually give a year's notice of this.

I attach our license for your perusal. If you have any questions or are interested in obtaining the suite, please feel free to contact me and I can arrange for the appropriate paperwork to be sent out.
