compilers

In addition to the free GNU compilers: gcc,g77,g++, you may also have purchased a commercial compiler from the Portland Group (PGI) or the Absoft Corporation. Please check that you comply with the conditions of use for these products. For PGI compilers see:
http://www.pgroup.com/
Note PGI compilers are node locked to your system which must have a license daemon running on a license server at all times in order to use the compiler.

For Absoft licensing issues see their web page at

http://www.absoft.com/
Please ensure that any additional software you add is appropriately licensed. In particular you may need to note that some commercial products are licensed on a per processor basis.
