A NIH (5 year budget) funded position for post-doctoral fellow is open in the Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University, in the lab of David Mueller, for the study of the structure and function of the yeast ATP synthase and that of the protein defective in the juvenile form of Batten disease, Cln3. We use a combination of x-ray crystallography and cryo-EM, with molecular biology, protein _expression_ and purification, and yeast genetics. Experience in biochemistry, including protein _expression_ and purification is essential. See this site to apply and for application details.
