[ccp4bb] Postdoctoral position at the University of Chicago
The Mendoza group at the University of Chicago is looking to recruit highly motivated, productive, and challenge seeking individuals.
The Mendoza group applies protein engineering strategies to solve challenging complex structures (Mendoza et al., Nature, 2019; Mendoza et al., Immunity, 2019) using X-ray crystallography. This position will also be expected to establish cryo electron microscopy in the laboratory.
The successful candidate should have a strong background and interest in biochemistry and structural biology. Experience with the expression and purification of membrane proteins a plus.
